What we liked
- + Graphite color hides smoke stains and grime better than brighter finishes
- + Lighter than ceramic kamados, so it can be rolled around the patio
- + Great value route into kamado grilling and smoking for new cooks
Trade-offs
- - Gaskets and vents may need upgrades to seal tightly for long smokes
- - Paint and steel need a cover to avoid rust in wet climates
