What we liked
- + 22-inch grate gives kettle-sized cooking space in a portable format
- + Lid lock and carry design suit tailgates, beach days and camping
- + Premium version adds convenience touches over the standard Jumbo Joe
Trade-offs
- - Short legs put the grill low, so you need a table or stoop down to cook
- - Shallower bowl holds less charcoal for long indirect cooks
