What we liked
- + Vertical cabinet layout fits lots of food in a small patio footprint
- + Pellet-fed controller keeps smoking temperatures steady without fuel tending
- + Copper finish gives a distinctive look versus plain black smokers
Trade-offs
- - Cabinet smokers are not built for high-heat searing or grilling
- - Needs an outlet plus a steady pellet supply for long cooks
