What we liked
- + Made by Oklahoma Joe's for its Highland, Longhorn, Bandera and 3-in-1 Combo smokers, and listed as fitting most offset smokers
- + Stainless steel construction with stated 12.3 x 12.3 x 7.5 inch dimensions, so you can measure your firebox before buying
- + Holds a full load of fuel in one place, which the listing says supports all-day cooks and quicker cleanup
Trade-offs
- - The listing mentions no maze bars or dividers, so a minion-method setup needs a separate set of bars
- - Requires assembly, and at 12.3 inches square it is too big for small fireboxes and for kettle grills
