What we liked
- + 1600F rated burner delivers extreme top-down heat for a fast crust
- + Stainless steel body resists rust and is easier to wipe clean
- + Camplux is an established brand for portable propane cooking gear
Trade-offs
- - Needs careful placement away from walls because of intense heat
- - Limited to searing and broiling, not a replacement for a full grill
