What we liked
- + Grilling-focused stone brings pizzeria-style crust to a backyard grill
- + 15x12 Inch rectangle uses more of the grate than a round stone
- + Cordierite copes with direct grill heat without cracking easily
Trade-offs
- - Check the stone thickness and density before buying
- - Direct flame under the stone can scorch the base without a heat shield
