What we liked
- + 6 Inch round head is nimble for turning pizzas in small oven mouths
- + Perforated aluminum sheds excess flour so the base does not burn
- + Lightweight head makes quick rotations easy during fast bakes
Trade-offs
- - Too small for launching or retrieving full pizzas
- - Title gives no handle length, so hand clearance from heat is unclear
