What we liked
- + 45 in barrel length gives lots of room for sausages, ribs and chicken
- + Wheels make a large barrel smoker easier to reposition
- + Offset smoker adds proper indirect smoking to a big grill
Trade-offs
- - Long barrel creates hot and cool spots that need rotating food
- - Big unit is awkward to cover and store in small yards
