What we liked
- + 20-Inch length adds reach without being too unwieldy
- + Extra heavy duty build grips thick steaks and roasts firmly
- + Stainless steel resists corrosion from grease and marinades
Trade-offs
- - Heavier than standard tongs, so fine control is reduced
- - Check whether a locking clip is included for storage
