What we liked
- + Infrared reading shows stone temperature instantly without contact
- + LCD Display is easy to read in bright outdoor light
- + Ooni designed it for pizza ovens, so the range suits high heat
Trade-offs
- - Reads surface temperature only, not the internal temperature of food
- - Requires batteries, so keep spares for pizza nights
