What we liked
- + Stainless Steel body resists rust better than painted drum smokers
- + 2-in-1 design lets you grill or smoke from the same unit
- + Vertical barrel is efficient on charcoal for long cooks
Trade-offs
- - Generic brand makes quality and parts support hard to verify
- - Stainless walls may lose heat faster than thick painted steel
