What we liked
- + 18 in. drum is sized for smaller cooks without wasting charcoal
- + Heavy Duty construction keeps a steady fire for long smokes
- + Doubles as a charcoal grill when you remove the hanging setup
Trade-offs
- - Smaller capacity limits whole brisket or large party cooks
- - Tall narrow body can feel less stable on uneven ground
