What we liked
- + Adjusts from 16 to 25 inches, so it fits several griddle and grill sizes.
- + 304 stainless steel rod with an open grid for airflow, listed as rust-resistant.
- + Folds completely flat for compact storage when it is not in use on the griddle.
Trade-offs
- - The listing is written mainly for Blackstone griddles, so check fit on other grills.
- - It is a folding, expandable design rather than a fixed rack, so check that it sits level on your cook box.
