What we liked
- + 1500F infrared heat produces a hard sear in a few minutes per side
- + 16 inch portable body fits on outdoor counters and tailgates
- + Adjustable rack positions give some control over cooking intensity
Trade-offs
- - Fast cooking has a learning curve to avoid burnt edges
