What we liked
- + Seven mats per pack, each cut-to-size friendly at 15.75 x 13 inches, give plenty of spares.
- + Listed as 100% nonstick and PFOA-free, so small foods like vegetables are kept from falling through the grates.
- + Reusable, with both sides usable and top-shelf dishwasher cleaning listed.
Trade-offs
- - Rated to 500 F, below the 600 F rating of the mat it replaces, and the listing says to avoid direct contact with charcoal.
- - Thin mats can reduce direct sear marks and grill flavor compared with bare grates.
