OneGrill Heavy Duty Chrome Steel Universal Grill Rotisserie Kit, 53 x 1/2 Hexagon
OneGrill's heavy duty chrome steel universal grill rotisserie kit with a 53 x 1/2 hexagon spit rod for large grills.
A rotisserie kit turns your grill into a slow-roasting machine, rotating meat over the heat so it self-bastes and cooks evenly all the way around. The most important factors are motor strength and the spit rod itself, since the motor has to turn heavy roasts without stalling and a square spit with solid forks grips the food so it does not slip. Confirm the kit fits your specific grill, as mounting brackets and rod length vary between models. Rotisserie cooking shines for whole chickens, pork roasts, and other large cuts where even browning and a crisp exterior are the goal. If you mostly cook steaks and burgers, it may sit unused, but for anyone who loves roast poultry or entertaining with a centrepiece cut, the results are hard to match on a flat grate. Look for sturdy, heat-tolerant components and a counterbalance if you plan to spin larger, unevenly shaped roasts smoothly.
