What we liked
- + Offset firebox lets smoke and heat flow across the main chamber
- + Barrel design doubles as a charcoal grill when you are not smoking
- + Combo unit saves buying a separate grill and smoker
Trade-offs
- - Budget steel leaks heat, so temperatures need frequent attention
- - Title gives no cooking area, so capacity is unclear
