Grillaholics Grill Basket for Outdoor Grill - XL Stainless Steel Vegetable Grill Basket
Grillaholics' XL stainless steel vegetable grill basket for outdoor grills, for cooking small veggies without losing them.
AIZOAM Grill Basket - Stainless Steel Large Grilling Basket w/ Removable Handle
AIZOAM's large stainless steel grilling basket with removable handle, for fish, vegetables and small meats.
A grill basket keeps small or delicate foods from falling through the grates, opening up vegetables, shrimp, and flaky fish to live-fire cooking. Look at the hole pattern first, since finer mesh holds smaller pieces while wider perforations give more char and smoke contact. A stable base, decent depth for tossing, and a handle that lets you shake and turn the whole batch at once all make cooking smoother. Consider what you grill and how much. A flat perforated tray suits vegetables and larger pieces, while a deeper hinged basket makes it easy to flip everything together and works well for stir-fry-style cooks. Nonstick coatings ease cleanup but need gentler handling, whereas bare stainless steel is more rugged and takes higher heat. Anyone cooking for a family or party benefits from a larger basket so servings finish together rather than in slow batches.
